100 and 115 grn @ 100 yards
The spring needs to be trimmed shorter to lessen the air usage. Also the trigger pull needs to be shortened a bit along with a little polishing. Once I get it " tuned" correctly, the groups should tighten up.

Finally had a chance to "tune" the .308. I trimmed 2 helixes off the spring to reduce the amount of air the gun was using. Also figured out the hammer cocking handle was severely rubbing against the groove it slides through. After I unscrewed it a little, it slid loosely in the groove. To much surprise, the velocity went up to 1035 fps on the 100 grain pellet before I cut the spring = 238 ft lbs. After cutting, it went down to 950 fps.= 200 ft lbs which gave it less vel. spread. The two targets above were shot at 100 yards using the 100 grn. round nose Pelletman pellets. Shot #4 on the woodchuck was the bottom hole.
